Reusch Product Return/Exchange policy:
Reusch USA will accept returns/exchange within 90 days of your purchase on our www.reuschusa.com website.
The item(s) must meet the return conditions:
• Original tags still attached
• In the original packaging
Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
Reusch products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, we stand behind each one. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, defected leather…) ,we will repair the product free of charge, replace the product on a pro-rata basis, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, or any damages arise from misuse. Any attempt to repair or alter the product in any way voids this warranty.
What is “normal wear and tear”?
Foam on all goalkeeper gloves is not warrantied. Depending on use, foams can be ruined on the first use if the keeper falls on their hand, etc. If you have a claim on foam issue, please fill out the warranty foam and be sure to attach photos of the front and back of your glove. We will get back to you within three business days.
Improper care or negligence will result in damages that are not covered under warranty.
